Returns are not accepted UNLESS the product is damaged upon arrival. At this point we will contact the shipping carrier and discuss how to get another product back out to you.
NO EXCHANGES are allowed unless item is clearly defective. The item in question will be handled on a case to case basis.
It is up to the buyer to read their candle care card once they receive their candle and to trim the candle wicks, and burn their candle according to the candle care card. We will not be held responsible for any candles that are clearly not being maintained.
